Why Lipton Law?
As a solo attorney, I can handle many cases that larger firms are unable or unwilling to do. Many cases I am willing to take purely on contingency, with minimal out of pocket costs to clients. If I cannot take it on contingency, I offer my services for a reasonable hourly fee. I aim to be a concierge service where every client is well attended to. Many lawyers ghost their clients or fail to communicate in a simple, user friendly way. My goal is to communicate actively and effectively with clients.

According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the “most common claim is retaliation”, but other ADA protected categories are, including but not limited to Race, Gender, Religion, Mental or Physical Disability.
Discrimination is a horrible thing, with overt and subtle effects. Any form of unequal or unfair treatment based on a protected category, not limited to (Race, Gender, Religion, Mental or Physical disability, Marital status,) is unacceptable and needs to be deterred. For example, my former employer failed to accommodate my life threatening Peanut allergy and made me physically unsafe. I take it personally.

A trust or will is a comparatively small investment to help protect your life savings. There are a lot of misconceptions about trusts. They are not just for the ultra wealthy. Trust and Estates serves many purposes, whether it is giving charitably or managing inheritance. Many people create trusts to avoid probate, a potentially lengthy process. According to a 2024 USA Today report, approximately 68% of Americans do not have a will.[1]
